CHART - Who We Work With

We work with any Sefton resident, or anyone originally from Sefton, who has contact with specialist mental health services i.e. psychiatrist, community psychiatric nurse, mental health social worker or support worker.

We can also work with people who have lost contact with mental health services and may need to be linked back up to them.
