Paying Rent

Paying your rent on time is very important. We offer a number of ways that you can make payments and our staff are here to help you if you have any problems.

Crosby Housing Association takes a firm but fair approach in managing rent arrears. If your account falls into arrears or if you have any other concerns about your rent account, you can make an appointment to see your Housing Officer - use any of our contact details or send us a message for us to contact you.

Methods of Payment

... by Standing Order

If you have a bank account you can set up a Standing Order so that your rent is paid regularly and on time. Download a Standing Order Mandate Form, fill it in with your details and post it or hand it into your bank.

... at any PayPoint Outlet or Post Office

We can issue you with an AllPay card to pay your rent over the counter at any PayPoint outlet or Post Office. You will need to present your card at the time of paying and ensure that you keep your printed receipt - it is proof that you have paid your rent.

Simply register your details online with AllPay's internet payments website to gain access their payment portal.

Housing Benefit and Universal Credit

If you are on a limited income, you may qualify for Housing Benefit or Universal Credit. If you would like advice on this, please contact our Housing team. They will be able to offer guidance and signpost for further advice.
