Our Board

Are you passionate about social housing?

If you are looking for an opportunity to give back and support a community-based housing association who strives to provide high quality services to its tenants and has strong links within the community, then why not consider joining our board.

Our Board of independent members have a diverse range of skills. They meet most months for up to 2 hours, with options to attend in person or virtually, and there are occasional business days devoted to strategy development.

We are seeking new members, particularly people with the skills in the following areas:

  • Developing customer excellence
  • Enhancing digital offering
  • Legal counsel

If you have these skills, or others that you feel will strengthen our Board, why don’t you get in touch. We welcome people from different backgrounds to improve diversity.

You do not need to have previous Board member experience to apply.

If you would like an informal chat about the role before formally expressing an interest please give us a call. Otherwise drop us an email with your reasons for wanting to be involved in CHA and the experience you could bring. Please attach your CV and contact details – HR@crosby-ha.org.uk.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Tony McClure - Chair

"I’ve been a board member at CHA for a number of years including three years as Vice Chair and more recently as Chair. It is a privilege to be a part of an organisation that has had such a presence in the local community for over 50 years. By joining our skilled, friendly and supportive Board, you’ll have the opportunity to utilise your experience and develop new skills to help the Association achieve its goals."
