If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect role for you.
About us…
We are a small, not-for-profit, community-based housing association with just over 440 homes most of which are in Sefton.
We are a pro-active and financially stable organisation providing a variety of general needs and supported housing. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic team who make a difference and provide excellent customer service to our tenants and stakeholders
We are a small team, and you can expect variety in the role and close working relationships with colleagues and Board members. You will also have opportunities to influence policy and service delivery.
As an equal opportunities’ employer, we value diversity and strive to achieve dignity at work.
About you…
We’re looking for someone who’s a natural leader, someone who can bring out the best in people, especially during times of change, and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
You’ll need to be confident managing and developing staff, focused on delivering great results, and able to stay organised and calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills are a must, as is the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and customers.
We’re after someone with real drive and resilience, who’s comfortable shaping policy, solving problems through data and analysis, and ultimately helping us move the organisation forward.
Ideally, you’ll have or be working towards a CIH qualification or have over 5 years’ experience working at a senior level. However, if you can demonstrate a track record of delivering the key elements of the role, we want to hear from you too.
You will lead by example, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning, ensuring a continuously improving, high performing, responsive, efficient, and modern service.
