Tender for provision of Communal Cleaning Services


The closing date for completed tenders is Thursday 7 August 2025 at 5pm.

We intend to hold the tender panel meeting on Monday 11 August 2025, at which time you may be invited to attend a meeting to discuss your tender in more detail.

 

Schedule of Properties and specification

Appendix 1 lists the properties that require communal cleaning services and includes the Associations Offices at 10 Church Road L22 5NB. The price for the office should be shown separately.

Appendix 2 & 3 is the specification for communal cleaning and cleaning of the Associations offices at 10 Church Road L22 5NB.

Access to the communal areas listed in the specification can be provided upon request.

 

Contract Sum

The tendered sum as submitted shall be fixed for the term of the contract unless the Association and Service Provider agree otherwise. Preferably a breakdown of the overall cost should be split per block as provided in Appendix 1. The contract shall be initially for a term of three years 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2028.

 

Membership of Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP)

The Service Provider must meet the requirements of and sign up to the Association’s Approved Contractor Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA outlines the general terms and conditions between the Association and the Service Provider and includes SSIP membership. A service contract will not be awarded if this is not in place.

 

Submitting your Tender

It is essential that Tenders and associated price schedules are submitted no later than 5pm on Thursday 7 August 2025, by email to procurement@crosby-ha.org.uk.

All tender documents must be password protected. The password should be sent separately to the same email address on Friday 8 August 2025.

 

Award of Contract

The Association will open the tenders on Monday 11 August 2025.  Contracts will be awarded to the successful Tenderer and signed no later than one month later. Services to be delivered from 1 October 2025.
