Contract - Permanent
Full Time - 35 hours per week
Salary – £22k inclusive of car allowance

CHART (Community Housing and Re enablement Team) is a specialist team based within Crosby Housing Association.  The team focuses on supporting people experiencing difficulties with their mental health. This is an important role within CHART, working to assist service users with all aspects of housing related issues.

Demonstrating the values of the Association, in all aspects of your work, you will support the team, working closely with partners, to make a valuable contribution in helping vulnerable people to secure and sustain a tenancy.


The role requires a positive and enthusiastic individual with a successful track record. An effective team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, good problem solving and communication skills, who will contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s goals.
