Paying your rent on time is very important. We offer a number of ways that you can make payments and our staff are here to help you if you have any problems.

Crosby Housing Association takes a firm but fair approach in managing rent arrears. If your account falls into arrears or if you have any other concerns about your rent account, you can make an appointment to see your Housing Officer - use any of our contact details or send us a message for us to contact you.

Methods of payment

...by Standing Order

If you have a bank account we recommend that you pay your rent by Standing Order so that your rent is paid regularly and on time. Download a Standing Order Mandate Form, fill it in with your details and post it or hand it into your bank.

... at the Post Office

We can issue you with a paying-in book to pay your rent over the counter at the Post Office. You will need to fill in each paying-in slip and receipt which will be stamped by the Post Office. Keep the stamped receipt - it is proof that you have paid your rent.

... at Lloyds TSB bank

We can issue you with a paying-in book to pay your rent over the counter at any branch of Lloyds TSB. Please order new paying-in books from us, as required, giving at least four weeks' notice. Keep all old books as proof that you have paid your rent.
